Are you getting ready to put your house on the market? Maybe your property is already FOR SALE and you need to generate more interest from house hunters? With some simple tips and a minimal investment you can give your home a fresh chance to be sold quickly! A Walk-Through Consultation includes ‘on the spot’ professional recommendations and solutions to make your property more ‘saleable’.
The investment range starts at $150
An hour of “fine tuning” may be all your property needs before a showing. Quick and professionally done hand-on staging could be the perfect solution to a successful Open House, Brokers’ Open, Virtual Tour or scheduled showing. Let us help you successfully present your property to potential buyers or tenants. This investment starts at $200
The Basic Staging service is intended to work exclusively with a homeowner’s existing furniture, art, and accessories in order to achieve the most positive sales impact possible. Key rooms on the property, e.g., the Dining Room, Family/Living Room, Master Bedroom/Suite, or Bathroom are most often chosen to be staged during the process.
Our STANDARD Staging Service includes all BASIC Services, plus the use of our own inventory pieces to highlight your property’s selling features and minimize its flaws. During the process of staging, each agreed upon room on the property can be professionally staged.
Standard Staging includes 60 days Complementary INVENTORY RENTAL after which monthly charges will apply. Complementary MARKETING MATERIALS (photos and virtual tour) will be created and made available to a listing agent upon completion of this type of service.

Nowadays, home buyers start their search for a new home by surfing the ‘net' where beautifully photographed spaces are sure to draw their attention. STAGED PHOTOGRAPHY is an alternative to a complete home staging service. After identifying selling features of a property, selected areas are staged and then photographed, often using key pieces from our extensive inventory. By highlighting a home in this way, we are able to quickly create strong interest in potential buyers.
